The Old Las Palmas Neighborhood Organization was formed in 2005 and is a recognized neighborhood organization of the City of Palm Springs under Ordinance No. 1666 [This link downloads the ordinace in PDF).
The purpose of the organization is to achieve and maintain quality living conditions in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood; assist persons residing in the neighborhood to work together for the good of their neighborhood; and to provide a non-partisan organization which will benefit this neighborhood and the city.
